Alongside her BSc degree at Loughborough University in Sport Science with Management, where she focussed her study on physiology, biomechanics and sports psychology, Nicole also completed her Sports Massage Therapist training and qualified as a L3 Personal Trainer. She also became a certificated TRX Suspension Training coach.
After University, Nicole spent 5 fast-paced years working in a PR agency specialising in fitness and sport. She then returned to Winchester to run her own specialist communications company, PACE PR. She continues to coach in the local area and treats clients using Sports Massage, Swedish Massage and Myofascial Release techniques.
Nicole has a sporting background, playing Netball and Basketball to a high level. She is an assistant coach locally for the Holloway Health & Fitness Community where she helps run group exercise, small group PT and stretch-focussed classes. She enjoys staying active and participates in cycling, obstacle course racing, surfing and paddle boarding. She has a taste for adventure having climbed Mt Kilimanjaro, run a marathon and jumped out a plane at 16,000 ft for charity.
Nicole can work on your whole body, or just certain areas depending on what you prefer. You will leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and freer in your movement after a session with Nicole.
